Join Us for a Sweet Evening of Music and Desserts!

Enjoy an night filled with music from talented artist Jacob Moon while savoring a delightful array of desserts. Each ticket supports HPCFC, helping us make a difference in the lives of our clients and in our community. Bring your friends and family for an unforgettable evening of great music, delicious sweets, and make a meaningful impact.

An offering will take place during the concert for donations to HPCFC. All funds raised will go towards continuing to provide free help and support to those in need.

Join us on Monday, September 23rd for our “9 and Dine” Golf Tournament at Monthill Golf and Country Club! Not only does an amazing afternoon on the greens await you, but you can expect refreshing drinks and a fabulous dinner as well.

Registration will be at 2:45pm, at 3:30pm we will have a shot-gun start and dinner will begin at 6:30pm!

All proceeds will go towards Haldimand Pregnancy Care & Family Center, which exists to provide support to vulnerable people experiencing a difficult or unexpected pregnancy. HPCFC provides many different services for free to clients including pre and post natal care, support groups, counseling, and more.

This year is HPCFC’s 17th annual Ride for Care!

We will meet for breakfast, bike/ride through the beautiful Haldimand and Norfolk counties and then end our day with lunch. Meals are included!

Join us as we ride to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

All proceeds go to HPCFC so that we can continue to provide free services to those in need of support.
